Kotiya
I briefly blogged about this hat when I finished it, but I've finally gotten around to taking some proper photos of it! Also, let's welcome Jessica (the foam-head) back to her post!
Tulip Mitts Test Knit
This week I did a test knit of some adorable tulip fair isle fingerless mitts. They knit up quickly and are pretty comfy in Knit Picks Palette.
Fair Isle Hat
After an embarrassing three years, I finished my fair isle hat. I really love it!
Lettuce Ishbel
I finished up my Ishbel, and like everything else knit in Malabrigo anything, it's gorgeous and soft, mmm!
Grete Mitts Test Knit
I test knitted the Grete Mitts, and really like the pattern!
Aflight Lace Cuff Socks
This is the quickest I've ever knit a pair of socks, I finished in just two weeks! These were a fun knit, with a pretty lace cuff and simple ribbed foot.
Hat and Booties for Desmond
There was never a WIP post for these, since they knit up so quickly, but I want to show off my very first knitted baby items. One of my friends from high school just had a baby boy, so I made some booties and a hat for him!
Summer Flies
Summer Flies makes a lovely shawl with a cute picot edge that takes twenty bajillion years to bind off. Malabrigo Silky Merino is a great yarn. Also, my office has a view of the lake. That is all!
Ragtop Mitts
I finished my Ragtop Mitts and I am so in love with them that I pout when I take them off. The thumb gusset is amazing!
Katie Cuffs
After taking ages to finish my brothers gloves, I really needed a quick, easy project. These little cufflets whipped up in just a couple episodes of Supernatural, and are adorable!
Ishbel (Finally!)
After sitting in my queue for over a year, I finally buckled down and knit my Ishbel, and boy do I love it!
Hood Rat
My Mondo Cable Hood is complete! Despite the disagreements that the pattern and I had, I very much love the finished hood. It has great buttons, too!
Spotty Socks
My first pair of socks are done! I used the Spot Check stitch pattern and the Lifestyle Toe Up formula to make them, and I'm pretty proud of the results.
Duck Season
Can I just say that I love the Wabbit Season hat? It's so clever, with it's little ear flap pockets and everything! And, for the record, pompoms make me crazy happy!
Prickly Gloves
I've finally finished my Prickly gloves, and they rule, despite the fact that they're uneven because of the difference in my skill between when I started and finished them.
Bastille
I participated in in a test knit for the Bastille pattern. It's a great pattern, and produces an adorable, cozy scarf, especially knit in Malabrigo Worsted!
Polar Rose
The Liza Rose pattern in Yarn Forward Magazine, June 2010 looks fantastic in Malabrigo Worsted, and I love my new scarflet!
Blue Malabrigo Heaven
Finished Object - Blue Malabrigo Heaven. A super snuggly, one skein neckerchief style shawlette done in Malabrigo Worsted.
Summer Lace Shawl
Finished Object: Summer Lace Shawl. A very open, light weight rectangular shawl that I made by knitting a scarf pattern on big needles with extra stitches cast on.
